This business owner is highly unprofessional. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE. The owner, Bill, lacks transparency. Informed me literally 5 different times over a span of 5 months my vehicle would be ready. He had possession of my vehicle for literally 4 months. If you have an expensive car DO NOT GO HERE. You will be extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with their work and lack of integrity. Also they charge at least 2 or 3 times the amount for a part. This auto body shop did negligent work and it is clear as day. If youve ever had work down here PLEASE TAKE IT TO ANOTHER CERTIFIED MECHANIC TO OVERLOOK BILLS WORK! I promise you they will find where Bill decided to save a few bucks for his own pocket and neglect your safety!!

Racial comment It saddens me to have to say this but this business has caused me a lot of frustration and hurt. The owner told me to be careful where I take my vehicle for a cheaper option because Mexicans do it for cheap and poor quality. He said this racial comment to me, a Mexican. I am so upset and hurt. Please be careful when choosing this place of business for your car needs. Racial comments like this should not be tolerated.

Said it would take 2-3 days and they were right. Very happy with how the car looked after. Would definitely recommend going to Vic's.

I rear ended a car and took it to Vics. The woman who works the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. Bill helped me get an estimate and worked with my Insurance company. Within a week all the parts were ordered and my car was fixed and painted. They even stayed late at night to make sure my new hood was painted to get the car back to me for when I needed it. Would definitely recommend going to Vics Auto Body to get any repairs done. Pictures are my car before and after Vics work.
