Workers were extremely rude. The lady doing the drivers license said she didnt accept walk-ins yet there was a sign saying that walk-ins were accepted with a $5 fee. After we asked how to make an appointment, she said Online and walked away. She was not only a liar, but also very rude.

Staff must have had a bad day or to close to quitting to time they were all rude. I will drive out of my way not to go there. If I could do a half star I would.

A little while after my car got towed; I managed to get it back. 29th Street Tag Agency, organization I had to deal with for this agency at best, staffs is so decent.
