Blake Halley I bought my car 2021 July 23. I had the worst experience with Jaguar Land Rover of Columbia it had a bump then and this is March 2022 take it back to the dealership several time they have not fix it when you hit a bump feel like the wheels will run off last time I took it there I didn't bother by calling them back worst experience of my life for a luxury car
The customer service is above average. I was very pleased with the courtesy. The service department's price quotes are a bit high. I recently had my Jaguar repaired for $500.00 less than what was quoted at the Jaguar dealership with a longer warranty for parts and labor. They are great for diagnosing the problem, but too pricey to do the repairs.

The staff were friendly and fast. I had to drive an hour to get the oil change and service. The staff was knowledgeable of my Jaquar and courteous. I will definitely return to get my car serviced.
I originally gave this place a good review, but I definitely recant all that Ive said! Everything went well while I was in the process of buying the car, but getting ahold of these people afterwards has been a headache. Dont buy a warranty plan through these people either because they dont disclose that you cant use the service plan at this dealership.
