I have bought and serviced cars at Sierra for the past 22 years and your service has been good. However, this last experience was a nightmare. We were without a car for one week before we had the authorization to get a rental car. I called daily for the status of my vehicle and was always promised a return call which never came. I only received one phone message from Jeremy which was identified as spam. John finally called at the end to resolve the situation. Now I know why people are switching to foreign cars.
