Service department only review. Terrible. Deceiving and dishonest. Service advisor #7077 is very condescending and talks fast so he thinks he smarter than everyone else. Wont name him by name. But I will never go back to this dealer for service. Not for my Jeep Rubicon or my Chrysler Pacifica. Be aware, stay away find a different m dealer if getting warranty work or a local mechanic (always better) if getting something done that is not covered. Filled my JEEP JLUR with six quarts of oil (requires 5 quarts). Have an oil leak and they refuse to provide any type of support to resolve their mistake. I have leaking oil from oil pan and rear main seal. This guy should not be working a customer service desk. All in all a big waste of time. They dont care. Ownership group seems to not care about all the bad service coming out of this shop. They overfilled my oil and now will do nothing as a result of their mistake which have caused seals to be over saturated and begin leaking/ruined. Stay away. A skid plate needs to be removed to get to the oil pan and rear main (I have an aftermarket fully belly skid - to protect my purchase/Jeep) They state and I quote: we cannot touch aftermarket parts. You have to take off the skid and bring it back. (I can accept this if thats their policy). But wait they went on and said we will/can remove it but will charge 3 hours labor $170 per hour). See the issue here? Which is it do you or dont you touch aftermarket parts? First its we dont touch aftermarket then its we do for a price. Just be honest - not shady. MY PROBLEM was likely caused by your service department who put 6 quarts of oil in my Jeep (per the service receipt) - new JLs call for 5 quarts. I have never had any type of oil leak and have had this Jeep since March 2018. One oil change at your shop and I spot an oil leak. My skid plate has 1-2 quarts of oil resting it it. Oil on my new epoxy garage floor. They dont care. I didnt cause a leak or a seal to be saturated with oil possibly from pumping to much into it. Absolutely an atrocity that a service dept wont take out 6-8 bolts to fix a problem or inspect a problem they may have had a part in causing. In the last 1.5 months I have taken my Jeep here three timesfirst one they over filled. Once I noticed I took it back immediately. Second visit - They put it on lift and looked (beefy skid plates obviously there and I told them my skid is full of leaked oil). I was standing under my Jeep showing them.They say yeah - bring it back we will look at it. Sooooanother morning of work missed cause I have to drop off again. Third visit (was expecting a good diagnosis/fix). They call and give me this bs we dont touch aftermarket stuff or I mean we will for an ridiculous price . So I have to go back and pickup. Absolutely not a sorry for thr inconvenience- we should have mentioned that during your second visit when we had it on the lift.nothing, no offer to resolve. Why do I have to expose of the excess oil? I didnt cause the leak? Very unhappy and am discouraged about the level of service. Funny i didnt get the standard text - we would like to hear about your service visit - please complete this survey.guess service advisor 7077 only send that text to customers he knows are happy. (I got one when they replaced my battery and did the oil change - overfill - visit number one of the above fiasco). @Jeepcares case# 81950348!!!!

I wouldnt recommend this dealership based on their crazy expensive hidden fees and inability to follow up/answer our calls. Just like the other reviews on here, we also saw the online advertised price for a Toyota Prius which was too good to be true. We live in Chula Vista so we took a chance and drove up to Poway. The ONLY reason I give two stars is because of the salesperson who helped us. He was awesome enough to fill up the tank for us. The car itself is amazing for the advertised price but when we were in the process of buying, we didnt know we were paying pretty much double the price with all these weird fees. Richard, the financial advisor who helped us was really nice and seemed like he really wanted to help us and Im sure he was but every time we try and call him hes not available so I feel like Ive been let down. The car has expired tags so were currently waiting on the DMV to mail them to us. We purchased the car just before Christmas Eve so its been a month. We have been calling these guys here and there for a couple of weeks now and today nobody is answering, even after I got an email from Pedder this morning providing numbers to call should we need assistance! It is what it is, well eventually figure this out with them but I wouldnt recommend this dealership.

Purchased a vehicle and had 1 service at this dealership. The purchasing process was far easier than I remember (havent purchased a vehicle in a few years) and the folks were friendly and the interaction was no pressure. I didnt steal the vehicle but felt the price was very fair and reasonable. The service rep was also awesome, got my vehicle in when they said and back to pretty quickly, plus it was cleaned.

By far one of the Best dealerships I have been too. Typically I won't set foot in a dealership because they tend to just be full of people trying to make a quick buck with hand waving and shiny things. I went to the dealership because I had a check engine light, they diagnosed it and fixed the problem the same day. They didn't bother to try and up charge me or try and get me to buy the newest car on the lot. They simply provided the service I requested and sent me on my way. The car was still under warranty so it cost me nothing. I even offered the service man (Dan) a tip because of the great job he and his crew did. He declined and told me they hold themselves to a higher standard. Excellent service and definitely worth the trip.

Rip off...dropped my chrysler coz my air bag indicators lights on... they told me that $135 charge for labor so i go for it..then they called that theres a problem on wiring and asking for$500 for parts..i declined but stll have to pay the $135 labor...and the air bag lights indicator still on...unfair price for no work done..im very much willing to pay within $30 to let say $50 for the diagnostic but man $135...come on...have a heart
