I dont like to leave negative reviews, especially when it isnt a pleasant experience. But.. this time really upset me. I had located a vehicle which I liked and was extremely excited about... for the past 6 or 7 days I thought about it so I decided to make it happen. I drove about an hour and a half to test drive and fill out paperwork. When I get there the vehicle didnt exist at this location. Apparently the internet manager had used a stock photo. Then they used the model and stock photo for the color description. When I had spoke to someone on the phone I made sure to use the color to make sure as it was a unique color. I was assured it was the same. It wasnt so not only did I waste 3 hours of driving, I didnt get the vehicle I had my heart set on. Be sure to triple check they have what they say have

Talked to Chris (service manager) about an issue I have with my 16 wrx and immediately he took charge to make things right.i can tell right away with our conversation he Completely stands behind the brand (Subaru)without hesitation.with that said it has made me very confident that I made the right decision purchasing my first used Subaru and wont be my last.the car speaks for itself but with excellent service that Chris displayed I am sold on Subaru.ive had Hondas(cars)ford(trucks)vw but never had genuine service like this before.please dont change what you guys do for your customers over there,it really does make a difference.thanks again

Buying a car here was fair. It took a long time for all the paperwork, but some dealerships are faster than others. As for my first service here... well, I made an appointment and came on time. But the wait for an oil change was FOUR freaking hours! I hope this is NOT the norm. I guess I'll update you on my next visit.
