Wanted to buy a dodge challenger and trade in a kia soul today did the credit application trade in appraisal app fot on offer on my kia and they made and appointment for me and they told me they would call me by 4pm they never did and when I called down there they told a manager would call me and he never did where talking about the purchase of a 50,000 car and these people say let me send a message to the sales manager a whole day wasted and no sale these useless people should be fired from there jobs for being dishonest and rude they obviously have no desire to buy a car give me a call mr. Napleton I will show you how to treat customers with respect just like it was done in the seventies
I usually don't give reviews about anything..but I just had too this time around. The experience I had at this dealership overcame any expectations I had. Kayne welcomed me , listened to me, met my needs, and got me exactly what I wanted. Between Kayne and Franco..they are a team that works well together to make customers feel comfortable about the buying process. I will definitely be back to give them my business!!
Kayne was extremely helpful and kind throughout our entire purchase process. Him and Franco walked us through every step needed to make our purchase with ease. We've had bad experiences in the past when purchasing a vehicle through a dealership, but we would definitely return to this one.
Sherry the receptionist is always extremely rude and unprofessional anytime I've had my vehicle serviced there and despite my complaints, no manager at this dealership has contacted me to address this ongoing issue.
