Worst place ever to work for. Management care about them selves only. Power greedy team leaders who think there better than anyone else. Tell people if they havent got work for them to put a holiday day in and go home! They cannot hold half of there staff. Their turnover rate is exceptionally high. They will stab you in the back first chance they get. If you face doesnt fit they make you feel outcast. All poison smoke off lasers and welders with out adequate ventilation so breathing in fumes all the time. Half of people disappear and stop welding etc when health and safety turn up. Just a horrible place to work for
