Service department is AWSOM. Over and above on my wife's truck that was hit by lightning but I will NOT buy a new truck from them right hand don't know what the left hand is doing run me crazy dumped the deal a left.
Recently purchased a Chrysler 300 C from Terry Kelly at the Chiefland Chrysler Dealership. The car has exceeded my expectations thus far. Drove it on a twelve hour trip, was very comfortable, a pleasure to drive and the gas mileage was good. Mr. Kelly exceeded my expectations, he made no promises that werent kept. He was knowledgeable, personable and treated me with respect.

Lou and Joe have been a great help to me. I live over an hour away and they've been able to communicate with me over the phone and make it super easy to work everything out without having to make the drive back and forth. Definitely would recommend Chiefland CDJ to anyone interested in getting a new car.
Requested service appointment on Monday.. no communication or confirmation. Called today for status. Told that is just a request an they are booked out 2 weeks. How are customers with warranty vehicles supposed to get service at the dealership when there's no availability, let alone no communication. Been waiting 4 days for a call from a service advisor.
