Please save your self the time of calling. Their workers are unhelpful and could care less to help you. At least that's the impression I go when I was hung up on.
Purchased a Mustang 6 months ago and the front end started making a popping noise. Call their service department and made an appointment to have it checked out. When I showed up for my appointment they told me that they dont make appointments and they werent going to be able to look at it that day that I would have to leave it there for a couple of days before they would be able to look at it. When asked why I was told to show up on that specific day, and I also received a text confirming my appointment on that day, they replied I dont know who you talked to but we dont do appointments. Never again.
I have bought many of cars from other dealers but Jacky Jones ford has been my best buying experience so far .Bryan Sullivan is the best salesman I have ever dealt with he & the staff at Jacky Jones ford make you feel like family . They also did some service work to the truck also & the service department is exceptional also . Highly recommend Them to anybody looking to buy a ford product !!

Still waiting for appointment. Called for two days. The online service scheduler is a JOKE. Could not enter information and would not accept my VIN number.
