I just wasted an afternoon trying to get my windows tinted here. I had an appointment at 2:00, showed up at 1:30 to get checked in and came back at 3:30 and they hadn't touched my truck. The whole job was to take 30 minutes. Why even take appointments? Waste of time.
Unfortunately I purchased this tent when I bought my Lexus. I've been back multiple times in 2 months because of sloppy installation and poor quality products. The first time was after first receiving the car; the tint on the back window was installed noticeabley crooked. Fast forward 2 months and the tint on the back windows is already peeling. Each time has been a hassle because I get an attitude from their receptionist. I can live with a lot of things. Subpar materials /workmanship and poor customer service isn't one of them.
Got my windshield tinted. I'll have to return and update once it dries out. Service was great. Greeted as I walked in. I don't even know her name but the representative was super nice and helpful. Gave me her opinions and experience on the % she prefers since she had both. They were able to answer any questions I had about the tint. Big, clean lobby. They are busy as heck but they're able to keep everything professional. Update - although the customer service from the female is great, my windshield tint didn't turn out great. There were bubbles which I returned to get fixed. Then they kept telling me it was a great application but my passenger side had to many spots of "contamination" that I can see. Dave was offended that I wasn't happy with the results and went on to tell me about how long he's been in the tint business. He was willing to redo it but if it was worse then he wasn't going to fix it. I ended up opting for a refund and the removal of the tint to go elsewhere. So 2 stars for the customer service from the front desk employee.
