Nice auto auction. But their own peoples bid on their cars. They hire peoples who bid high and then disappear. So Be careful . Don't go with high bid.

Beware! Most of the cars they sell are lemons and they know it! The dealers doctor up the cars just enough to run through the auction. They clear engine codes and participate in other shady practices to fool you even if you check out car beforehand and Carriage turns a blind eye to everything and falls back on their as is policy as an excuse for their unprofessional and criminal business.

Worst auction ever. Drove all the way from New York which was 135 miles away to sell my car and called a week ahead of time to make sure that I would be able to sell it, they refused to put my car on the sales list only because the address on my license did not match the address on my title even though both names matched, and did not even accept my old license that match the address on the title or even my Con Edison bill or any other proof of address worst customer service ever and 0% communication skills. What a waste of time and a whole day ruined. Thanks to this crappy place!!
