The stars is for the car, not the dealership. I am completely disappointed in the way they handle and treat the cars there. When I picked up my brand new STI there was a already a FU@&ing dent in the quarter panel!!! 189 mile and a dent is in my new car that I havent even drove yet. Then they said they washed it.... one look and it think they used sand paper instead of a clean towel, because the clear coat is completely FU@&ed. Those are the only words to describe the situation Im in. I am very hesitant to bring my car in for service there. Im not sure what else will or could go wrong if I bring my baby to this dealership.
Jessica, We hear what you are saying, with Subaru being so popular now days it's tough to keep an ever changing inventory to capacity with all colors, trims etc... You are correct, our sales people are excellent and always listen to the needs of the customer. Minimal selection. What good is an excellent salesman when he doesnt have a variety to offer? I purchased a Subaru Forster had to wait on them because they didnt have much. Went back to see if we can find a Subaru Ascent... same thing. I decided to go elsewhere.

When trading in my vehicle a deal was made to have their techs remove the aftermarket parts on my vehicle and return them to me. They have failed to communicate with me and I have been forced to reach out multiple times to be tossed around with new excuses each time. They have had my trade in for just shy of 3 weeks and I am still sitting here with no parts returned.
