Janes F and his staff are very professional and courteous. My Wife car was damaged in the front and she really wanted to take her car back to the Mercedes dealers for repair and painting. After James F. and his team repaired and painted her car it looked like they painted the entire car. Wonderful place to get your car repaired they go above and beyond. I have recommended this place of business to all my colleagues in my network. Great work COMPLETE AUTOBODY..

Complete Auto Body has been a great shop, they have wonderful customer service. I've never had an auto shop keep in such close contact with me like they do while my car is in their possession, I appreciate that!

After my second and last experience I'm officially done dealing with them. The first time they threw away my front license plate bracket even though it was perfectly fine. This time they tried charging me for a hubcap that they didn't put on my car, and $85 to reprogram the tire pressure sensors. I never asked them to do this, and they lied and said it was necessary (WHICH IT ISN'T). Furthermore I was told the car would be done Friday, then they said they would call Saturday (they never called), and finally Monday when I called they said it was still being aligned, but when I said something to the insurance adjuster magically it was finished. This shop is out to nickel and dime people and I for one am not dealing with it.
