I'm baffled at this review because I listened to the phone call to Pete's at 2:52pm November 21st. Here is the transcript of the call: Jeremy: Petes Auto Parts, this is Jeremy Bilal: Hello Jeremy: Hello Bilal: Alright, I was wondering if you could help me, Im looking for a part for my BMW Jeremy: What year BMW? And which part do you need? Bilal: 2013, its a - Jeremy: what series? Bilal: it's a three series, its a 335 - its a rear taillight Jeremy: Which side do we need? Bilal: Right-hand side Jeremy: Four door sedan, Coupe or convertible? Bilal: Its a sedan Jeremy: Do you need the quarter panel mounted taillight or the one on the lid? Bilal: The quarter panel. Jeremy: Passenger side, quarter panel mounted, I would have one shipped here, it would be in Wednesday Bilal: How much would that be? Jeremy: On that right hand taillight, Im at $145 Bilal: $145? Ok I think its cheaper around, its cheaper on eBay, I think Ill go with that. Jeremy: OK thank you. I'm not sure how Jeremy was rude or what led you to believe he is uneducated, but we'd sure appreciate it if you'd contact us so we can try to resolve any issues before sharing your unfounded negative comments on a public forum. We're so sorry you had a bad experience. Unfortunately we do not see ALL prices, although we do see many different competitors prices, and we try very hard to keep our prices down. Greg was telling the truth when he said we were the best price he could see, but he was wrong to have a bad attitude. We are now under new ownership and new management, and we hope to provide better service. Apologies for your bad experience :(

My 3rd try for petes auto parts. Like the other guy said snarky snappy attitude particularly from Greg one of the salesmen there. That's the last time for me. They've lost mine and all my families bussiness once i tell them over our next holiday dinner about my terrible experience. Btw when the tell you they "looked at all the prices around and theirs are the best" its a lie i saved 1/3 the price by going to LKQ which in this instance was $100. Also wouldnt sell me the other part if i didnt buy both. Im not getting bullied like that. If your reading this Greg, loose the attitude.

I have been buying auto parts from salvage yards for many years now and I will tell you, they stand out from the rest. I must say they do an excellent job with customer service. For one they sent me multiple high quality pictures of the part before they shipped it to me. Also they kept me in the loop as to when my part would arrive. Thanks again!

Drove up from Iowa to get parts, customer service is like no other salvage yard Iv delt with in 30 years. Sent pictures of parts, confirmed everything, and also the payment Ap they use is great! 10 out of 10 place from the people up front to the guys in the back.

Kayla, I'm sorry you had a bad experience, but your review seems wildly inaccurate. Our parts are not more expensive than they show online, and we tell customers an "approximate" time but that we'll call them when their part is ready. Our owner is female, our general manager is female, we have female delivery drivers and salespeople and our entire office staff is female. Everyone at Pete's works for and with women every day and we all treat customers with respect regardless of their gender, religion, politics, or anything else. We hope you'll give us another shot and let us prove to you we'll treat you fairly and get you quality parts, quickly!

Worst customer service in the industry. Parts are always more expensive than what is listed online, and then it takes them longer than estimated to actually retrieve the part. When they finally get the part out and call you, they are very "snappy", and downright rude. Also, if you are a female you automatically have no idea what you are talking about, so if you absolutely need to use this poor excuse for a business, have a male call.
