I went into the dealership and i had an appointment at 4 pm. I came in early to hopefully get a good look at the jeeps that were on the lot. I think it was the manager that came up to me and asked if I was looking for anything in particular. I told him that I had an appointment and he told me that, that didn't really matter. He told me and that he would get someone out to me. It took 10 min for someone to come out and help me. I told the mane that i was looking for Jeep's and a big car. Since I am tall i don't need a little car. He kept showing me little cars. He also kept telling me that i couldn't afford any other cars that were bigger but the smaller cars. I felt really DISRESPECTED. I will never go back.
Worst car buying experience ever. They screwed up my out-of-state registration, so that I ended up having to do it myself. They also overcharged me for sales tax, and I am still trying to get them to reimburse me - I bought the car 4 months ago. No one ever calls back, when you do speak to someone they tell you they'll take care of it, but nothing ever happens. Don't buy from here, and if you do, you'd better hope everything is perfect, because if you need something from them after the sale, good luck.
