I bought my car from Hansel Ford in Santa Rosa, CA. I purchased the extended Platinum 100,000 mile warranty. Overall my experience was pretty great. Recently my car has been having some minor issues. I called Hansel Ford and was of course greeted and helped by their wonderful staff. Unfortunately, I now live in the East Bay, so I needed to find a local dealer to take my car to. I called to book a service appointment (the 2nd time I have taken it in in 4 years). After being put on immediate hold without a wait for my response, I was greeted by Paul. I said that I would like to book a service, and he immediately put me back on hold again. Without getting super wordy, I was so taken back by lack of customer service and rudeness that I encountered, I hung up. My husband also called this location earlier this morning to get information on our warranty and was completely blown off. I have never written a review before, so these guys managed to do such a terrible job, I actually went out of my way to splash the review on the internet. That's impressive.

Refused to test drive a car claiming a buyer needs to be really into buying. Im not going to pay dealer marked up prices to even get considered for a test drive. Very disrespectful. I will not be buying a car from Dublin Mazda.
I had a great test drive with Bruce, and due to an urgency in needing a car, came back early in the week and worked with Allan. They were great to work with and so were the finance guys, and very understanding. I got a fully loaded Mazda 3, and feel like a million bucks in my new car. Thank You!
Had a great experience at Dublin Mazda trading in my 2016 Cx-5 for a new 2018 version. Robert our Sales Associate was amazing and really helped us get exactly what we wanted for a great price. The general sales manager, Sam was also very helpful and helped ensure we walked out happy. We purchased our vehicle at night and realized a few days after there was a scratch along the edge of the tailgate and when we went back in to get this fixed they were very accommodating and got me a rental and got it fixed for no cost in 2 days. Kristin in service department was amazing. Overall great experience and glad to have purchased my new car from this Mazda dealership. Thank you Robert and team!
Selling a car was the easier part, but service has been a pain. Its a battle to get any warranty stuff done, and maintance team is really lacking service. Do Not Buy the maintance package, as you will regret the scheduling and work performed. I like my Mazda CX5 just wish I bought it from a dealer that cared. Ive spent the last 30 minutes trying to make an appointment for an oil change. Im lost how it can take this long to talk to someone.
