Bought a 2016 Ram 3500 used from them in June of 2019. Buying experience was great. The best I have ever had ! Was to be my go to dealership for buying vehicles in the future. Ram , Jeep etc.They will not be my go to place any longer. Went to have left rear wheel removed to fit a spare tire and multiple wheel studs where broken the tire shop wouldnt touch it.Contacted the dealer spoke with Craig Frederick he said my vehicles are inspected and certified I know what Im doing and vehicles dont leave my lot like that I have been doing this 40 years. Yes I believe hes been in the business for 40 years and knows what hes doing. Very nice man when selling the truck along with Kelvin the salesman who is great to deal with. Point is This dealership would not replace these wheel studs which you can look at and see they have been broken for a while badly rusted. When removing the wheel to repair after they said they would not stand behind the truck more wheel studs broke due to being over torqued and cross threaded. Think one of there technicians or a outside vendor covered this damage up and didnt report it to the service manager. If I could give 5 stars for the buying experience I would have. My rating was based on the non willingness to repair these wheel studs that where broken when I bought the truck. Not one to leave a bad review but I am repairing the truck this morning and I am frustrated because this is something they should have repaired.

Dealership listed a vehicle on various sites for $37k, 10k less than what i had seen these vehicles go for. On their website, the same vehicle is $5k more.. odd. I spoke with a "sales manager" who was shocked to learn of the $37k price on other sites and stated it was an error. This person then confirmed the price of the vehicle was $42k via phone. Today, i get a text stating that too was an error and the cost is actually $47k. Very shady bait pricing and then the ultimate switch. Very happy that i did not waste my time driving to see this vehicle.

I have to admit buying a vehicle isnt easy & time consuming & big decision we checked several places before Fred Frederick Laurel they r great !! I rate them 10 out of 10 would recommend to family and friends. Mark was the best everyone so nice and helpful

Detailer from Detroit, MI who received a used Chrysler 200c. The Fred Frederick badge is absolutely hideous, I have no idea why anyone would want their name printed in 3D Chrome letters onto the back of a white vehicle near the Chrysler emblem. Took it off by the way
