I did purchase my Impreza from here but probably would not go back. I would be okay with paying slightly more for a better sales experience. They were so pushy and very ignorant because I wouldn't be pushed into something I didn't want or need. I just don't get how people in the industry don't realize that you are spending 20k+ before any financing charges. You should want your customers to love the vehicle they are in and they will be more than happy to return.

Have had great experience's so far with Reedman-Toll Subaru. Back in the winter my vehicle stopped while I was driving it in the middle of traffic. It turned out to be a faulty battery system as I have a Hybrid. I managed to get it to the dealership and since they had to order parts, I was supplied with a free, brand new rental for a week. I was very thankful and have had my vehicle back for routine maintenance several times and never have to wait more than an hour for my car to be serviced. It's a 2016 and I like the convenience of being no more than a mile from my house. Nice waiting area too.
I stopped in today for an appointment at I had scheduled at 12pm for an Oil change. I arrived and was checked in by 11:50am. At the time of my arrival I was Instructed to take a seat in the waiting room and some one will be out to help me. They did not take any keys or even asked for my name, just take a seat in the waiting room. At this time their were only 3 people in the waiting room, I was the fourth person. As i sat and as the service staff where walking in and out from the waiting room, only one geneltamen named AJ asked for my last name along with another young lady that was waiting as well. At this time I have been siting and waiting for 2yrs with my 4yr old son. As I walked to the service desk another customer was asking Jen from the service desk how long is the wait for an Oil change , she replied 45 mins. I informed the customer that I have been waiting for 2hrs, so his wait may be a bit longer. Jen replied with an attitude and said it was a 45 min wait once the vehicle is with the tech. I than asked Jen can she give me a status of my wait time since I have been waiting for 2ys. She stated with an attitude that I had to wait for Joe to come back. I did not understand why I needed to wait on Joe if she worked there as well. Joe never showes up so AJ assisted me. As he went and checked with the tech on my status, he was able to informed me that due to my wait he would be able to accommodate me with two free oil changes and tire rotations .I had to reschedule my 12pm Oil change appointment for the following Friday due to the wait time. I am very disappointed with today's exprencse. It sad to say that only one person out of 3 staff members that were working at the service desk , we're able to go above and beyond to do there job and was AJ. Jen was very rude and had an ugly attitude, its sad to say that this is the face of Reedman Toll Subaru. This exprencse just shows poor charter and poor customer. I am hoping my second oil change appointment goes well .
