The truck we got was overall a good deal besides all of the codes it threw within a week of owning it. Nothing major but a pain to deal with. The staff, owner, and mechanic were completely unprofessional in every way. The mechanic took a 3 hour lunch that day. When the mechanic finally shows up he was swearing almost every other word! The front sales lady is sweet but is a little too willing to keep talking about things i had no business knowing. We got the truck home and noticed the oil cap was missing. I was concerned and called the owner. Never said he was sorry once. He proceeded to tell with attitude that it was my problem now and the part was only 'like $4'. He laughed at me when i asked if driving the truck to the auto store without an oil cap is bad for the truck and he talking down to me like i suddenly should be expected to know everything about vehicles.... I can't get across in text how rude and condescending he was. Sorry i asked a legit question! Sorry I took up a career in robotics and not in the automotive field! What an ignorant tool. Maybe he can use his oh so smart skills to hire a decent mechanic that gut doesn't hang out and actually does his job! Like i said the truck was an overall deal but given the chance again i would go somewhere else. The condescending attitude of the owner just ruins it and i won't be giving him my business in the future. If it weren't for the good deal on the truck I would give 1 star. Given about 40% of the reviews currently are 2 stars or less i'm not surprised.
Didn't see a salesperson but the cars (while affordable) to purchase had so many miles on them I would not trust them to last for very long.
