Hi Cameron, I just took a look at your orders and it looks like the first box you received was damaged by USPS and that was the reason for the missing part. We apologize if there was any issues with the measurements of your U-bolts. All U-bolt measurements are taken from inside the bend to ensure accuracy, ordering the correct U-bolt size can be a little tricky sometimes so if you are still needing a set please give us a call and we can process the order over the phone rather than you ordering online. The customer service was great! They sent out a missing part from my order with expedited shipping to make up for lost time. Unfortunately both sets of products I ordered didnt come to the specified measurements listed online and didnt end up fitting my truck.

Hi Dorothy! We were and still are extremely sorry about the box having the incorrect amount of parts in them. Somehow it was packaged incorrectly and still put into the showroom. As for the time frame of everything... We have no control on when Cory brings the truck into his shop to work on it, we have no control over his business practices. We have two drivers that drive locally at almost all times of the day and we definitely dropped all the parts off the day before you were scheduled with him. I also just double checked your sales receipt and we NEVER charged you for an over night charge of any kind, if you had a charge on your bill that was done by Cory and not ATS so that is something you would have to discuss with him, we charged you exactly what we quoted you.

I went to get springs for my truck to lift it, the owner suggested a Set of springs and a Set of torsion keys for the front so I agreed, he quoted me a price and said nothing more. We drove to the garage to set up a time to drop off my truck..Wensday I dropped it off. I called garage the next day nothing was sent and only the Springs were sent by Friday Ats had sent a box with only one side of Torsion Keys.He had told me that someone took the other one out..my question to Cory is why would he send only one side in an opened box? I had to wait for my truck a week and a half..and as far as the quote that he told my husband and I " that price no more" well the over night charge was added to the bill and if I am not mistaken..that charge was included in the bill. I think the mechanic was excellent may have took a loss in this job..Thank you Cory.

Ats is probably the best place to get leaf springs I have been stressing out about how much they will cost but ats hooked me up with a good deal and they answered all of my questions on the phone

Hi Gra. We are unhappy to hear about your experience. However we don't have any record of you in our system with an estimate under your name. Steel costs have been astronomical and all over the place the past two years, ask anyone in the industry. If there wasn't any type of estimate in our system we can't guarantee any pricing. We always appreciate our local customers but we are not sure why this review was written when all you were supposedly doing was price checking on a part 8 months ago and writing a review under a name that isn't real. We have great customers locally and throughout the Country and because of that we do our best to be up front and honest with every transaction and question that gets brought to us. With that being said we are happy you were able to get the parts you were needing. Hopefully we can be part of your build next time around.

Deceptive, greedy, crooks. After calling and getting verification that the price on the website was accurate, they changed the price and ignored me. This company seems to have loyal clients, however, my experience was less than favorable. When I first called I imagine it was Bob who gave me information. I asked about a specific part number of leaf spring listed on the website and if the price was accurate. He said yes. This was back in the winter when the cost of steel was rising. He said hed call back in a few minutes after verifying they were in stock. I printed out the page from the website to bring when picking them up. He never called back. The next day I looked at the website and the price was changed over $100 more per spring (over 50% increase). I called again and it seemed like Junior answered. He said thats the price and he didnt know anything about what I was told the day earlier. I went to their competition in Allentown and got the springs for less. For a few hundred dollars this company lost my business, any recommendation to others, and gained a negative review. Commodity prices fluctuate, but letting profit become more important than keeping your word is bad business.
