Madelaine, I am very sorry that your concern was not addressed. We are a very busy service department and work by appointment. We had a technician call in sick today and put us further behind with a full schedule already on the books. Unfortunately, most businesses are working with fewer employees. I hope that you were able to get your concern addressed at the other repair facility.

We are from Kansas City and heading back from Michigan. My husband and I had just left Springfield, IL when we noticed our air had starting going warm. We have a 5 month old and did not want to risk driving home in the summer heat and no A/C. Our car is a 2014 Dodge Charger and we were relieved to see that this town had a dealership/service center. Unfortunately, we were told that they would not even look at our car to see what was going on - and the earliest would be Friday. Although we understand that people call in sick and that last minute auto repairs are difficult; some help would have been nice as we were still 4 hours from home. The salesman up front was kind enough to recommend a shop up the street who might have a look. The two gentlemen in the offices did not even step out to see what was going on or to offer assistance. Im thankful that our car troubles had not been worse.

If I could give negative stars I would . I don't know how this place even considers themselves a dealership. There rude and in considerate. Chrysler needs to withdraw there dealership status. I wouldn't recommend anybody to ever buy a car there or take it to the service department. Absolutely terrible.
