Had to go to both of their LA and Anaheim office. Overheard them upselling. Cant trust them. Looking for new dentist. Only thing they WELCOME is your money!!!

This dental clinic make me upset because of their management for customer. I called this clinic month ago, and asked they accept my health insurance, receptionist answered they accept my health insurance, And I made appointment after one week, When I get there on clinic dentist said they can't accept my health insurance plan, which changed automatic in new year 2022. So I called my Insurance company , explained my dental benefit service was refused because of plan changed. They noticed to 8th St. dentistry that my health insurance was in network, So I made another appointment on Jan 20, 2022. When I go this dental clinic on time, receptionist told me dentist is not in clinic, he went home for some reason , So I have comeback other day. They did not noticed to me before I get there, I could not believed this situation. I want people know their customer management. I refused another appontment, because I disrespect office staff, dentist.

Do not go here unless you want to be harassed, upsold for treatments you dont need, and completely disrespected. My dad went here for a standard cleaning and instead they took his x-ray (which they billed his insurance for), gave him a list of out of pocket unnecessary services, and then the office manager yelled at him in front of everyone and threw his charts at the receptionist when he said he wants to only opt for necessary treatments that his insurance will cover. And then they had the nerve to call him next day to try and schedule a follow up. Unreal. DO NOT GO HERE. Its infuriating how much they think they can get away with by pressuring Korean elderly to spend money on treatment they dont need, all for their profit and greed
