Wow, if I could leave 0 stars I would. My husband signed up for a 2 year membership over a year ago, went 7 times that first week and never again, and now over a year later when I try to explain to them that we have financial hardships and want out of a contract for a gym we do not use, did not like, and have no intention of ever going to again, we were met with a sassy front desk girl (who made it a point to tell me that she did me the favor of listening to me talk about the issue when in fact she talked over me, was short and snippy, and overall unprofessional). I do feel bad as I ended up calling her a B and hung up on her (apologies), but I have never spoken with an employee of any company this rude. The gym does not even have this contract for their customers anymore, I suppose because they had changed owners as another review pointed out. The manager Tyler had called me back a few weeks ago but then never answers when we try calling back, hes always busy doing something which honestly just comes off like hes dodging us. We will just end up paying our remaining fee as its not worth it any longer to try and talk to these people who practically make it a point to show us they only care about the money and nothing of the customer.

I was told it was a month to month membership cancel anytime, well it's not. You can cancel anytime but pay out the year contract so I was shocked when I was told I signed a year contract. I started to work out and found out on my own no air condition considering covid is still around no air circulation or adequate sanitation stations, broken elliptical machines three in fact. All the bench presses were miss matched and weights of all brands and sizes scattered around. The worst was when I used the toilet and the seat slid out from under me it was completely broken off. I would seriously consider a alternative gym that practices sanitary routines.I really enjoy working out and have for a long time but the truth is the truth you make your intellectual decision.

By far the best gym in georgetown. With accommodations for any workout. Although as an MMA fighter, I wish they had more variation in punching bags and maybe even an octagon.
