Ms. Joyner I am personally apologize for not being able to print on the dress you provided as per our conversation on Saturday. We have a new expectational system which we have just implemented over the last 30 days and there are still a few kinks that we are working out one is the ink. I would just like to remind you that google has opening and closing time stated. We are open 6 days a week on Mondays we are open from 12:00 to 8:30 and you arrived at the store 11am. Tues - Saturday are 10-8:30. So I was not late. I have the calls forward to my phone in order to handle other business pertaining to the business. When I arrived early this morning eager to assist you I was disappointed as much as you where that the company sent me the wrong ink. Your wait time was me attempting to figure out why it was working as normally. Once I figured it out I humbly apologized and expressed to you what the problem was. This was all before we where even open for business. I appreciate you choosing us "To Bring Your Vision To Fruition". Your are welcome to come back once our printer is up and running. The guy who does the t shirts wasnt on time to work I was waiting for 10 minutes I called ahead and told him I was coming btw the number on google is his personal number. Also I spoke to him Saturday saying I wanted a shirt made and that I would be coming Monday he had all that time to get his printer to work. I got there waiting on him to put his printer together and said they sent him the wrong ink which was 20 minutes gone by. Very upset because I wasted time and also I needed it the same day. Wouldnt be interested in coming back. Very wasteful.

My apologies on the delay. We had a breakdown with one of our machines and getting the specific quality of shirts you wanted in the sizes took a little longer with a full color design. We appreciate your business and are working to bring you better service and avoid the delays.
