Eni, I am sorry you feel that you were treated badly, it certainly was not intentional. I looked up the FB post and it looks like all of our conversations were on Nov.30th? At that time we could have helped you but the closer to Christmas, the harder it gets to get work out. Unfortunately we are all human and we are doing the best we can to help everyone we can. It would not have made any difference if we had known that you would be bringing in jackets on a monthly basis, we still could not have finished it. If I am wrong on the FB date I apologize. Not too pleased here. Messaged them through FB on embroidery and instead of telling me on FB that they have backed up orders until Jan 8th they suggested I come in and talk about it. Couple days and 30min drive over, they tell me theyre backed up right away and have no wiggle room. I feel like they almost had an attitude of I hope you dont want to do it because were too busy to help you type of deal. Little did they know - my 4 jackets I was bringing in had 40 more behind it for my company & reoccurring month over month orders. Rude service, inconvenient suggestions, and unfortunate outcome. Good luck to whomever owns this business.
What??? I am not sure what you are referring to but I would really like to know as that does not sound like anyone here. Please give me more detail, you can reply publicly or replay to our email. I would like to check into this.
