First Impressions are lasting. I called the Downtown office and politely gave the gentleman my name. I asked who am I speaking to and he stated in a rather stern and unprofessional tone, "Well who do you want to speak to?" It offended me so I explained that I didn't know who I wanted to speak to but I was trying to get help with business. Needless to say I won't do business with this company.

This was referring to an order from June of last year. Communication is very important and we take our customer interaction very seriously. We replaced the team member that was having the communication issues and I assure you that this is no longer a problem. Please give me a call if you would like to discuss it further.

Very attentive while getting your work; The person at the front desk did not communicate what I wanted done to the people doing the work in the press area, So I did not get my address on the invoices, The stickers made were bad from the start and they had to replace them. The whole experience was poor and I will not be going back

last year i needed multiple forms printed. I chose Minuteman press because it is locally owned and has been an established business in my neighborhood. They were very helpful since I had never prepared forms before. The prices, helpfulness in preparation and explaining how to format my forms were so helpful. I would recommend them for all your printing needs.

Terrible customer service, extremely unresponsive and unconcerned. Over two months now and I still don't have my correct order (that has been paid for). Multiple follow ups, every time it's another excuse. I recommend taking your business elsewhere.
