I absolutely loved working w/ everyone from McConnell. They redesigned our website and it was better than I could of imagined! They also updated our logo just enough to keep it recognizable but look fresh. Everyone there is so talented. Madison did a social Media consult with us that was so very informative! After eight years, America Makes, the National Institute for Additive Manufacturing, in Youngstown, OH needed a facility update. We were introduced to McConnell Marketing through our Architect. The McConnell Team has consistently been nothing short of amazing! They (Katie, Allie, Megan, and the entire team) listened to our vision for the facility and truly took it beyond my wildest dreams! When I say, wildest dreams, I sincerely mean it. The team listened to a $20-50M renovation idea and captured it in Phase 1 & 2 for less than 10% of the initial dream cost. The McConnell Marketing Team, throughout the project, which is still ongoing; has been beyond professional, attentive and responsive to their clients needs and desires, adaptable / flexible to last minute requests, enthusiastic, and ALWAYS make us feel as if we are their #1 priority! (I know they have a large portfolio and are extremely busy, but they always took the time. If I emailed, I received almost an immediate response; if I called, someone answered; if I asked for a meeting with very short notice, they were present; and sometimes, they were in the area and would just stop by between meetings to check on progress and see if we needed anything!) The impact of the renovations and designs by McConnell Marketing will leave a lasting impact, on Additive, Youngstown, and the Nation! I dont often complete reviews but if I could rate McConnell Marketing higher than 5 stars I would! They have been an absolute pleasure to work with and will forever be my go to in their industry! I cant say enough about McConnell Marketing. I relied on them for a variety of services for my new business. The team at McConnell worked with me to create a website, email signature banners, and various printed materials for my new business. McConnell also assisted in planning and coordinating a mass mailing for an open house, and various press releases. I loved working with the different team members - all were responsive and professional. Working with such friendly, creative people to accomplish so many overwhelming tasks took a lot of stress off me. I had confidence in their advice and work, and did see a return on my dollar in new business. Looking forward to working on future endeavors with the McConnell Marketing team.
