Ive been coming here for 4-5 yrs! And it has been ok Service, i guess good enough to come back every year. Unfortunately this time my girlfriend and i both paid for contacts and glasses which i paid close to $200 for each. Normally it took 2weeks in the past to get both contacts and glasses. Recently it has been about a month, which Ive called multiple time to check status and every time they tell me there going to check and call me back, even after i let the lady know they always say the same thing and never call to confirm, they promise to call for sure and never actually call. Im really disappointed with there Poor service and how long it has taken to get a pair of glasses. They never have a straight answer and there quick to hang up, it seems they really dont care.

If you look at my other reviews i have never rated a place lower than four stars. So a one star from me means it was the worst place i have ever been.This experience was horrifying. It took 3 hours from start to finish. They say you can get your glasses same day. But for some reason i have to pay $20 per pair to get mine " expedited " . The add on fees are ridiculous. You can tell they don't care about you. I can not explain how much I hated going here. They knew I was mad and not one apology a discount maybe we actually make your glasses nothing basically just hurry up and buy. Worst experience purchasing something ever. And to make it worst i have to go back in a week to pick up the glasses i didn't want to pay them to EXPEDITE. SCAM
