Staff was rude and unwelcoming. I got there at 8 pm an hour before they closed to sell some items and they told me they could not take it because it was to late in the day and had two bags before mine. I understand that they needed to close in a hour but it had seemed that they had 4+ employees. I stood at the register for 5 mins before any of them told me that, which then they made one girl say it and acted like I was stupid for coming in. I will not be back to this location.

I went to this platos on Friday, December 11th around 3-4pm and the employees were very unprofessional. They were not friendly at all , they did not ask me if i needed any help, they would only talk to each other and they would constantly switch between songs. It was very unprofessional and I will not be returning.

Ive been to MANY Platos Closets throughout Florida and this is definitely one of my favorites. Its a little smaller compared to others, but the inventory makes up for it! In the last couple of days, Ive gone at least 3 times and I find something new each time. The girls are all young of course, but theyre nice. I was in there last night and the manager was super sweet and helpful along with the other girls. If youre looking for cute and affordable clothes, I would give them a visit. Ive read many of their bad reviews and noticed that most of them come from ppl who tried selling and got most of their stuff back. I just think they dont understand that the employees cant take EVERYTHING and Im sure they have some kind of standards.
