I have been using them for a little over 10 years. Always had a great experience. I know that the owner had passed away new people are running the business now. I had dropped off roughly 67 shirts to be screenprinted expecting to pay the same price as I did last time within like six months ago. This time when I went to go pick up the shirts they had increased the pricing by roughly 50% . When I asked to speak with the owner they were too busy to speak with me. The price has increased from $4.95 per shirt to $7.90 per shirt. I will no longer be using this company please be careful getting work done here. Be sure you get pricing upfront.

We had a very unfortunate experience with printing our apparel at Dolly. The shipment was late, there was a lack of knowledge and communication with the woman that worked the front desk, and the image was not printed correctly in terms of size or quality. I am very disappointed with the result, but thankfully Jimmy gave me my money back, which is the only reason I am giving them two stars, instead of one.
