Hands law firm did our home closing. It was the buyers choice. We didn’t have the best experience. No one answers the phone and they don’t return phone calls or emails. We felt rushed at our closing. We literally had to ask what the numbers meant because the lawyer never actually explained the closing documents to us. The attorney said she will notify us once she records the deed but she never did. We had to ask the buyers’ realtor if they know anything. I personally like to do business with people who explain to me what I’m signing and are prompt in responding to emails and phone calls. The only positive was that hands law firm had lower fees for both the buyers and sellers. I’m glad the process it over with.

I wish one star was an option. When I sold my house the buyer picked the law office she wanted to use and I should have picked instead. The paralegal on the file was unprofessional and not responsive. I do not recommend them for real estate closings.
