In October, I organized a bus trip to visit wineries on the Erie Wine Trail. Both evenings the bus stopped in North East for dinner. The folks visited the restaurants and shops on their own and had dinner where they chose. My folks had a great dining experience both evenings at the restaurant of their choice and enjoyed visiting the shops. The wineries we visited were definitely bus friendly. If you are on a bus tour or just a road trip, I recommend visiting this area.
