They agreed to buy 2 vehicles from me, scheduled a day and 4 hour window. They never showed the entire day. Of course I had to call them, and the worst part is they lied saying the drivers were on the way. Insanity

While losing my vehicle to an automobile accident and dealing with insurance that was less than stellar in terms of customer service, my experience with Copart was a wonderful one. Eli was the agent that assisted me when I brought in my title. Not only was he very pleasant, but such a great personality, full of pep in his step. Every customer service experience should be this way. He was fast, efficient and truly made this a wonderful day.
