We are so sorry that you feel this way. We frequently install hitches without wiring. They are used to support bike carriers and such. My sources say that you were never charged for the harness, and your purchase contract specifies what you ordered. We are sorry that this took you by surprise. Maybe it should have been explained to you better. Again, we apologize.

In March of 2021 I purchased a Vehicle from Kolosso Toyota and had them put a trailer hitch on it. They add the hitch prior to my picking up of the new vehicle. Now its July and I went to hook a trailer up to the vehicle and there is no wiring harness. I called to ask were the harness was and they said they didnt put one on. Why in the world do you put a tow package on and not put a wire harness? They now want to charge me $250.00 to put the harness on in addition to the $500.00 I already paid. I no longer trust this dealership and I will be going elsewhere to get a harness put on and I will no longer purchase any further vehicles from them.

I've generally been very unimpressed with the service at this location, but recently lost all respect for Toyota. I brought in my vehicle for a recall service in which they were supposed to inspect my truck for rust. Supposedly there wasn't significant rust and a spray was applied to prevent any further rust development. Well, the gas tank strap has now rusted completely through and fallen off. They refuse to take responsibility for this. I hope no one is driving behind me when my gas tank falls off.
