Didnt like the idea of them bringing out the cars on a forklift. It wasnt that big of a deal but they could have had the cars ready that they auctioned off that day. They had to find them and took there time at that
Mr. Shah, we understand you were unhappy with your purchase and subsequent interaction and we are sincerely saddened to hear that! Although we respect each person's right, under Google's review policies, to leave a review that best describes their interaction with a business, you have now left three separate negative reviews using 3 separately created accounts. In addition to this being very transparent to other users and unethical, this is also against Google's policies as outlined in the "Prohibited and Restricted Content." Specifically, "dont post the same content multiple times, and don't post content for the same place from multiple accounts." Again, we appreciate any feedback that we receive, but please do so in a manner that follows Googles policies. Thank you! CCAA Management

Awful experience dealing with management at this company. They fail to admit fault unless you're willing to stand your ground and then they'll terminate your account. I had an initial bad experience with when I first started using them due them not reporting issues with a vehicle in their condition reports. Eventually they accepted 100% fault in the matter and I continued to do business with them and purchased other vehicles and attended numerous pre-view days for auctions within the last two years. This last week the car I was bidding on had a similar issue as stated in the first circumstance. I had bid on the car however when I took a closer look at the pictures of the vehicle you could see the stability control system light was illuminated at the time staff were inspecting the vehicle, which can indicate an issue with the system. However, this was not mentioned in the condition report and was not visible upon inspection (could be reset and come back later). When I brought this up to management I was immediately told there was no error on their end even if the pictures clearly showed the light was on because was no longer on anymore. Had this been stated on the condition report I would have passed on the car and looked to bid on others. After some back and forth management they ended up removing the car from my account, returning my deposit, and closing my account entirely stating issues have come up in the past (referencing the first incident), even though the previous issue they took 100% accountability (have screenshots of the message of them taking 100% responsibility). Basically standing up to management about errors on their end causes you to lose your account even if those errors are 100% their fault. I find this to be an inappropriate action to take against a returning customer whose never made an error on his/her end.
Horrible! You have to give up I'd Everytime you want keys. Only two jump boxes and they won't allow jump boxes inside but some customers did have there own.
