Hi John, We are sorry you feel our policies around artwork reproduction and printing did not match your expectations. The Image Flow, per our policy, destroyed the reproduction image that was a misprint since it was not the photograph the client intended. Had the client clearly communicated that they wanted the erroneous print, our policy would have been to charge for it along with the intended print that was originally ordered.

I saw that Nathan misprinted the photograph we ordered and then ripped up the misprint even though I requested it along with the correct print. When I called the owner, Stuart, he was patronizing, condescending, and unapologetic, stating that it was their policy (that hadn't been communicated to me when I picked up the order). This business is disrespectful to artists and has deplorable practices. Beware.
The 3 previous 1-star reviews all reference the same order from a client. The client dropped off a sleeve of cut processed film negatives with multiple images on it, requesting that an item matching a stated description be printed. Notes were taken on the order to match this description. Two photos in the set of film negatives matched the recorded description, and a different image was printed than desired by the client. This problem was discovered during print pick-up. The Image Flow offered to correct the order by printing their desired photograph same day, and the client agreed without issue. Client was charged for reproduction and printing of only the desired image, and was not charged for any rework due to miscommunication or rush fees. The desired print was produced same day. The client's original artwork was returned intact, along with the desired print. The Image Flow, per our policy, destroyed the reproduction image that we printed since it was not the photograph the client intended. It is not our policy to give misprints to clients or to keep them intact. Had the client clearly expressed wanting the erroneous print, our policy would have been to charge for it as a print order. No original artwork was damaged, and the client received their original negatives along with their intended print at the time of pick up.

DO NOT WORK WITH THESE HAUGHTY AMATEURS FOR YOUR OWN BENEFIT
Great place for so many things- prints are excellent. Fantastic classes and instruction that have made me a better photographer. Classes both in house and on-line during the Pandemic are excellent.

Image Flow has unethical business practices. They destroy an artists work without consulting the artist, and they laugh about it. Stuart is condescending snd downright unprofessional. He hangs up on people like a middle schooler. I will recommend to the Better Business Bureau to revoke their business license. Nathan should be fired. No one should work with them.
