I was kicked out of my home with my two children after talking to Mark Melness on the phone and telling him how excited I was to stay in my home, he threw me and my children out gave us 26 days notice. I am now homeless. Then He kicked out a pregnant lady the same month, and moved in drunkards and young kids and marijuana smokers Slum Lord

Jaycee, I am very sorry to hear that your family and you are having such serious issues with your home. I left a phone message for you but to this point havent heard back. Please call me when you have time so we can discuss this matter and how I might be able to help. It is always my goal to have satisfied customers, even long after the transaction is closed. I have researched your transaction and I can assure you the home inspector was impartial and gave you a detailed report of his findings. Also, because of your loan type you had a FHA appraisal. You also had a HQS inspection (Home Quality Standard) which was required by the down payment assistance part or your loan. All three of these inspections were completed by 3 different certified individuals. I remember that the HQS inspector even called out a few repairs that were fixed by the seller and then re inspected by the HQS inspector, who was chosen by your bank. Oh my gosh, where do I start. I took the first time home buyers class which was taught by Curtis Gibson and Annika Day Dunlap. I chose Curtis as my Realtor and Annika as my finance person. Worst decision I ever made. These people defiantly take advantage of first time home buyers. Curtis recommended someone for a home inspection which later turned out to be his friend. He also knew the people that were selling my house. He was so ready to get us in here he didn't disclose everything. Us being new to this world believed what he was telling us. Within 2 months I had a whole upstairs full of mold. Turns out there was no insultion AT ALL! According to his licensed and bonded home inspector everything was fine. 1 year later turns out my roof is leaking and damaging my attic. I was told I got a brand new roof. Again by curtis and his licensed and bonded home inspector. Now here I am 4 years later and the upstairs bathroom that they put in is leaking all over. Pulled it out and low and behold the wall behind it was covered with water due to no insulation behind the tub. ARE YOU SERIOUS?! I totally trusted Curtis and Annika and now i am stuck with a home that needs more work than the 144,000 we paid for it. If you can avoid it, don't choose them as your realtors!! Take the class because it's very informative but do your research on your realtor. Ours just wanted the money and didn't care about actually helping us.

Awesome reality. Mike handy, the branch manager, really knows his stuff. My house sold in 2 days for a hundred thousand over asking. He did a wonderful job getting the house ready for the market.
