During the pandemic they were unable to fix cars that I have been paying for....which I still had to pay. Then they came to my job tried to get through the gate...on private property. I have paid them for them to turn around and take the car while I'm paying for it over the phone. How dare you scandalous mediocre over priced (bluebook) no driver's license checking half azz salesmen be aware of the smiling face cause these low down scam artists just want your money (anyway) they can get it. I'm glad I didn't pay straight out the door for them Lemons they sale.
Mrs Burkett, we appreciate your brother's purchase and wish things would have worked out better for the both of us. Our sales price and down payment for a customized Charger R/T is in line with NADA fair market pricing including a 1 year warranty. The down payment, APR, license plate fees, etc are all clearly explained at time of purchase, and were happily approved by your brother. The BBB closed your claim in our favor, as they felt your dispute for your brother were not warranted. We truly wish things would have worked out better for both parties, and we wish you and your family all the best!

My brother purchased a car from them. First off the price for the car was way to high without even being financed. They ran no credit nor did they check his employment. They refused a car fax report, and never told him it was in an accident. They made his payments 600 a month and they wanted over 20 grand for this lemon. He put down 5,000 then said he still owed taxes and he needed to purchase the tags, which I thought was included in the down payment. The car starting acting u they refused to fix it, and when they did finally agree to fix it they kept it for a month and still made him pay for that month he didn't have it. So we contacted BBB (which honestly is the only reason they agreed to fix it) to file a claim. The supervisor begged him to drop the claim and he refused. So today he called asking for the claim to be dropped again. We still refused so he repoed the car. Might I add he was up to date on his payments. I feel they took advantage of a young kid. They refused to return any of his money. So please never buy from them they are crooks out to steal your money and handing out worthless cars. We are in the process of moving forward with the BBB claim and contacting the news and an attorney.
