I know this sounds discriminatory but the staff could barely speak English at all. I had a very difficult time understanding even basic sentences. I can't do business with out being able to communicate.

Quite disappointed. I brought in a silk shirt whose button was lose. When I went to go pick it up, the button was missing and they claimed it was never given to them to attach. On top of that they returned the shirt with a second button missing. Now Im two buttons, one silk shirt, and a good tailor down.

They were extremely friendly all the time and took care of my wedding dress beautifully Im really happy I was able to find them! They know what they are doing and took care of my dress at all times.

They are aptly named. The quality of their work is in fact superb. There is zero trace of old stitches removed, bunching of garments, or excess fabric. You would have no way of knowing clothes had been altered. I've brought suit pants, jeans, jackets, and sweaters to repaired, hemmed, tapered, and brought in. All were of the same impeccable quality. Misook is organized, observant of fine details, and is extremely friendly. I cannot recommend enough.
