Terrible experience with their Service department. Makes me not want to own another BMW again.
Dont buy an extended warranty from this dealership. I bought a car from them a few years ago which I recently sold. I purchased the extended warranty from them the same day I bought my car and called them to find out how much of a refund I would receive back from them prior to selling my car to a private individual. I was told by the dealership that I would receive a partial refund of my money since there was approximately two years left on the warranty. I went into the dealership to fill out the cancellation form and it was emailed to their extended warranty department from the dealership, as they are part of sonic automotive group. I have since emailed them several times and the first two times they claimed that they didnt receive the email, even though the first email which was in mid December of 2021, was from the finance managers office and he sent the email. I stopped into the dealership and spoke with the sales manager Kelley, who said he would take care of it and asked me to forward the emails to him. I sent him the emails and called him last week and left him a voicemail and I havent had a response to my emails or a call back from him either. I guess professionalism doesnt apply at this Bmw dealership.

Great shopping experience. Rod, the sales rep was fantastic, and the overall process was high quality, fast and smooth. The cars are also great. Highly recommended.
BEWARE! Some how my personal information was disposed to other party, from this location. I purchased a BMW like 5 years ago from this location, sold the BMW and somehow, they were giving my phone and address to another customer of theirs. Be CAUTIOUS with your information. I called the service advisor who released my information Brandon Borja and left him a message advising how much of my information had be released, no response. I reached out out the GM Edward Freehart, no response. It is fully unacceptable to release a customers information to another customer without consent.
