My gas bill has increased in a most ridiculous amount. I have not changed anything if anything I have used less usage. I can not believe how you are ripping off people!
This company appears in my opinion to lack oversight on its field employee's. 4 visits to one of my managed homes. 3rd time 2 hours late. No call till after I was gone. Last night tech stated that he could not start service because water was not on. I ran the faucet nice and loud so the customer service rep. On the phone could hear it was. apparently the techs have falsified reports
Giving them 1 star is generous. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with...
