My wife took a 3h class with them today. The instructor was helpless jumping around her on his own kite ask the time. It could have been funny if she hasn't spent $330 for it. Ah and they send an email to remind you to tip the instructor. Update: their customer service have proposed a full refund or another class with the head instructor.

Superb 3 days with Paul at KSM, first time in the water (though a reasonable amount of power kite experience - snow kite and kite buggy) but excellent and informative teaching with brand new Naish Kiteboarding gear. Paul provided excellent insight into the next steps required for each run and hounded into me the importance of safety and always keeping an eye on those around you. 3 days really wasn't enough and I feel that I am just reaching that "eureka" moment but my third day I was up and planing on the water and even managed to travel in both directions (just). Thanks to Jennifer in the office for helping me organise long distance and Paul for being an awesome instructor. Highly recommended as a place to learn Kite Surfing from my experience with Paul.

The team at KSM was outstanding! My two boys and I took a 3 hour introduction lesson. The attention to every detail to ensure safety and accelerated learning was highly professional and proved the value of the KSM team. Thanks Josh, Grant, and Martin for a great day!

Aloha, we made a great experience with Josh and his TEAM. Im an advanced kiter and rented the whole equipment, it was really good material and Josh prepared everything and took care of us. My girlfriend booked lessons and did a big progress with Gabriela as instruktor. Josh is a really nice person to students and his instructors and brought every day fresh pineapples for them. Alltogether, you cant do anything wrong with this school, its serious, good comunication, professional, nice people which show and live the aloha spirit and is the money worth. Mahalo

It was the first time kiteboarding for me and I had a great time. Tim was an awesome instructor - super cool dude and had me up on the board within a few hours. Rest of KSM staff was really friendly also. Totally recommended!
