Ive been a customer for about ten years although you wouldnt know it. I am essentially a stranger each annual visit. I go mostly for the frame selection not even the prices. My wife has also been a customer. She continued to go despite service after an iritis issue was well handled but she is done with this place. My appt was 215 and I was easily on time. 15 min wait.. for the friendly and efficient aide to do the preliminaries and then I waited more than 20 mins for the doc. My exam started at 335! I picked out identical and pretty expensive frames (different only in frame color) in five minutes. From there it took 45 minutes just to get the identical order entered.. same everything. I asked to have my current pair adjusted and after a couple tries I just said good enough but are obviously out of whack and now worse.. but after more than two hours it was more than time to go. Did I mention my wife had driven me and had her afternoon wasted (she had to excuse herself from work and was once again not impressed)? So in two weeks Ill pick up my glasses and say farewell to AIC. Done.

The doctors are very very nice. I asked for the very first appointment in the morning so I can be at my work not to late. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment as they requested. One hour I was waiting in the lobby before the technician called me. My time with the doctor was 15 minutes.
