I never write reviews but this place was horrible!! It took 10 minutes before they even noticed I was standing at the counter and then when I tried to get pricing she said there was no way to do it without me going home and putting files together for her. I gave her a picture of my logo asked her if she can scan it and she said she could but didn't want to spend the time.. so I said are you trying to sell shirts or do I need to go somewhere else? Sticking to online direct to garment companies I guess...
Good morning Justin. I'm terribly sorry you've been inconvenienced. I completely understand that is frustrating. Right now I have a newborn son and I am having to leave twice a day - usually about 12 to 12:30 and 3 to 3:30 - to feed him. I am sure the store is great however the last two times I have went by there has been a sign on the door saying will be back in 20 minutes. Yesterday I went by at 3 and it was hanging so I left and came back at 4 and it was still up another customer was standing at the door waiting. Hard to buy something if you cant get inside.

Recently had Hats Off make me some custom vinyl stickers to go on a guitar that I am building. They came out great. Customer service was great, price was right. Very happy and will not hesitate to use them again.
I dont go out of my way to write a poor review, maybe she was having a bad day but I came in to buy some blank tshirts for my father for a custom Christmas present and I asked about the blank shirts they had and I did not receive a very nice response. She was quiet abrupt and rude. I had never been in there, and wont be going back.
