Hi James. We are sorry to hear about your experience. The nursing program is phasing in new related work experience requirements to ensure that candidates know what they are getting into from the beginning. This will ensure that accepted students stay with the program to completion rather than dropping a term or two later when they realize it's not a good fit. This is important because we have so few spots each year. If someone drops out, they have essentially used up a spot that could have gone to someone else. Unfortunately, this happens quite a bit. Most nursing schools have instituted similar requirements to address this issue. Don't be disheartened. Speak with your counselor and find out more information on how this may or may not apply to you and steps you should take to complete your nursing program.

They fish and bait their students for the Nursing Program. They promise you that you will have every oppurtunity to apply and yet a year and a half later of paying they have new requirments that require job experience and a certificate that will be useless in a Nursing Degree just to be able to apply. I would not recommend this college with their shady tactics to anyone.
My main gripe is they took out the nice running track and replaced it with a softball field when there's a baseball field like a hundred feet away. I experienced excellent teachers very fun-loving and you learn a lot. Also if they're going to have a no pepper spray policy they should have plenty of armed security
