I definitely agree, the young girl has poor customer service skills and should not be at the front desk interacting with customers. There was a misspelled word on my tee, and not one apologetic word...in fact she was very indignant. She stood there, silent, with the tee on the counter, repeatedly smoothing it out with both of her hands, as if the word would magically correct itself. Finally she stated that it could be fixed by "scraping off the lettering." I was skeptical, but would wait to see the end result. Then I asked for another receipt, just in case a different employee was there when I came to pick it up...I wanted proof that it was paid for. Wow, you would have thought I'd asked her to wash the floor with a toothbrush. When I picked it up, it turned out that a whole new tee had to be printed. It looked good, but when I put it on, the lettering was spaced too wide, resulting in part of the words on the sides of my chest. In order for people to read it, I had to rotate side to side. I would not go back.

Horrible customer service, I called about 5 times after owner approved being able to make me a simple mug. Then they tell me its ready for pick up, I get there and theres a lady who doesnt even speak English trying to get a hold of the owner or whoever just to tell me that something went wrong with their print machine & to come back later. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

My sister and I came to buy a shirt for our dad and they told us it would take 40 minutes so we walked around the mall for more then an hour. We went back to check on the shirt and they told us to wait another 15 minutes. They took forever to gice us the shirt. Definitely not worth the price. Too expensive and not worth it at all never going their again.
