Everything was great except that I was overcharged. The sales person told me it was $89 for kids glasses and he charged me $129, at first I didnt noticed since I was charged for the exam and other fee, but when I got home reviewed the receipt and noticed the overcharged, when I went to pick up the glasses I told the receptionist the overcharged she told me to speak with the sales person. When speaking with the sales person he was rude and defensive and wouldnt admit of his overcharged instead came up for excuses and told me who they glasses were more expensive but he never mentioned that the day of purchase. I am so upset and I am still planning on calling and complain about him because what he did is dishonest and not fair to people, you cant overcharged people and get away with it. Please be careful and try to avoid the same sales person. I couldnt find the his name but he is an older Hispanic male with long hair. DO NOT GO WITH THAT SALESMAN!!!!
I call the eye clinic today after receiving a text to schedule an appointment and the person who answer the phone needs to be trained on customer service especially on how to speak to a customer she was very very rude. She picks up and stated very rudely that I have three people waiting before you and to just hold and place me on hold never gave me a chance to say anything. People like that should not be allowed to deal with customers now I'm concerning changing clinc.
