Beware. Their customer service is very poor and they do not communicate well with each other. They were very attentive and followed up when their sales team was signing us up, but it was all downhill from there. They promised to put our account on hold for 3 -4months as we were not ready to reopen due to COVID but stated we could buy the Point of Sales system early at the time. This was a mistake as they never put our account on hold and charged us every month plus added fees for not integrating all the systems in time. Every month I would call and email several times and be on hold sometimes for 2 hours or more and have to re-explain the story every time. Their supervisors and staff do not email you back. So I have to pick days off and spend several hours on a monthly basis trying to fix our account. I have been hung up on after waiting on hold for hours. Their point of sales system is fairly easy to use, but in the long run their poor customer service and going back on their word and promises is not worth it. If you end up using them, get everything in writing and keep a strong paper trail, your going to need it.

!!! Beware!!! This is the worst POS system service!!! One of the biggest mistakes that we made as a business is signing up with Epos Now. The communication is horrible. You have to wait for a long time to get any respond. We doing a build out and the reps that signed us up knew that. They still charge us for the next month after we sign up for service. We called in to get refund and they said it will takes 28 days. Guess what we are 3 months now and still now refund. They said they will suspend our account until we open and guess what. You got it...they didn't do it and keep charging us months after months. We still got another 3 months to finished the build out and they just charged us again for the service. Learn from our mistake, even if this is the last POS choice just walk away and you will be better off.
