Wanted a cheek lift along with another procedure. - it says explicitly on their page, it can be done under local anaesthesia - had appointment consultation booked, just received my health questionnaire, yet on the same day they sent it,, and before I even sent it back - I got a phone call (barely a week before) cancelling it, claiming they do not do it under this (LA) and only general anaesthesia. I feel this was an excuse to be honest (they have already given me three, yes three different excuses over the phone, forgetting what they said one minute to another,, which in itself is ridiculous -why all the lies and back tracking? - it makes you wonder. Why have it clearly being stated, that this can be done under LA, on their site then ??? and how can they determine my health when they haven't even seen me?. From what I have been told, they will give excuses. I shall wait the reply. Utterly disappointed and angry, as money is no issue and I was desperate to get my cheeks done and eyes completely finished with the two procedures offered ( I had Upper Bleproplasty this year. ) and was advised to come here to have the above mentioned two procedures as both are done under LA.. Edit: So I was informed correctly, excuse given.

Absolutely first class. Assuring, professional and very caring. A very charming person too, many thanks Amir to you and all your staff. The beautiful Victoria for all the assistance and help she afforded me from the day of booking the consultation and up to date. Scot for all the care and help ( incredibly professional and helpful). Was looking at having liposuction and website states 3 procedures was 4,250 which I thought was good. When I spoke to someone it was double as they were classed as add ons. Please be aware
